First Instinct Blue is an aromatic fougere fragrance, first introduced in 2018 by Abercrombie & Fitch.

The top notes consist of apple, bergamot, and cardamom. These are followed by notes of lavender, rosemary, and pepper in the middle. The fragrance finishes with base notes of sandalwood, amber, and tonka bean.
